The company was incorporated with a 1 million Naira Share Capital on the 21st October 2009 with the Companies and Allied Matters Decree of 1990, under section 659 of Corporate Affairs Commission Abuja – Nigeria.
The Company operates a joint venture partnership with a group of companies called the Nenda Group which belong to the same family of companies with diverse areas of specialties in Engineering, Procurement, Energy, Transportation, Properties Development, and Facility Management in the Oil and Gas, Construction, Finance, Hospitality, Entertainments, Government and Private Sector of the economy within and outside Nigeria.
